Brighton Couples Counselling
The Palmeira Practice draws together experts from across various fields of counselling, ensuring that by going through us you find the best counsellor for your individual situation.
Our couples counselling team is no exception - we have several dedicated couples counsellors on our team.
Why try couples counselling?
Communication is the most vital part of any relationship, but sometimes barriers can crop up which can lead to relationship problems and breakdown. A couples counsellor can help the communicative process and establish a connection between people once again.
The very act of undergoing couples counselling shows a dedication to one another that many lack, and is an achievement in and of itself.
