About Fran Jeffes
Fran is a Registered Counsellor with the BACP and the ACC - the Association of Christian Counsellors. She has a BA (Hons) Degree in Humanistic Counselling and Diploma in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). She has experience of working with bereavement and loss, trauma therapy, solution focused therapy and inner child work.
As your counsellor, Fran provides a safe, accepting and non-judgemental environment, where you can explore any challenges you are facing. Her passion is to enable every individual to overcome difficulties and move toward reaching your full potential. Her work includes a variety of therapies, selected to help meet your unique needs. She always paces her work carefully to help you to process your thoughts and feelings.
Counselling can help you to find the emotional and psychological support needed to carry on, to lower anxiety levels and to facilitate the growing self-confidence needed to make future choices.
Fran's work is based on self-compassion, regaining self-esteem and confidence.
Fran has counselled adult survivors of sexual and domestic violence; women who have experienced pregnancy loss through termination, miscarriage and abortion; and individuals suffering from anxiety, depression and panic disorders.
Fran offers one-to-one 50 minute sessions on a weekly basis. Her work can be short term crisis prevention or longer term work.
