Relationship and Intimacy

Many of us struggle to relate to others, to be open, honest and authentic in our responses. We will look at any difficulties you experience in relating to others, be it your partner, work colleague, or family. We will try an uncover unhelpful patterns in personal relationships and look at ways to change and reform these for you - so that your personal life truly supports and inspires you. Intimacy is a struggle, to be seen and valued for who you are can take courage and risk. You will be offered all the support you need.

Wendy can work with all personal difficulties in relationship. Relationship breakdowns, family struggles and elderly support, struggles within partnerships, those in a long term partnership or marriage, or those wishing to alter their personal lives. Struggles within parenting. All relationship identities welcomed and sexual orientations, lgtbq, kink and bdsm friendly.

She holds a safe, non judgemental approach to all in this work and all aspects of intimacy, including those seeking a stronger relationship with the self and soul.

Anxiety and self esteem

All your feelings will be valued and explored in a supportive space. A space where you can tell the most difficult things, sadness and distress, often apart of life - and look to re-evaluate and support yourself fully.

We will look at techniques to cope with anxiety and stress and ways to come to terms with inner conflict, based on self acceptance and understanding. Focusing on how you learn to cope and then thrive, in our increasing busy world and its demands.

How do we really value ourselves and then those around us? Giving ourselves time and prioritising our needs, can be a challenge at first. We will look together at what you want to achieve and what is not supporting you to reach personal goals. We will discuss your fulfilment and values, to help you create a satisfying and supportive environment. Wendy offers a safe, gentle approach to support your development.
