All of our Palmeira Practice therapists listed on this page are trained to work with couples, and also work with individuals. Some work in-person and some online. Please check individual profiles for details.

The Palmeira Practice offers couples counselling and psychotherapy services in Brighton and Hove. Therapy is provided both in person and online. Please check each therapist’s profile to see which session type they’re able to offer; some therapists offer both ways of meeting.

Our couples counsellors are all highly experienced and have received training. They are also members of the BACP and/or UKCP. Unlike many therapy Practices, we do not use student counsellors.

Each counsellor is priced individually. We do not set Practice-wide prices, but our therapists choose their own prices. Counsellors with an asterisk (*) offer introductory sessions at a discounted price.
